Ginger Shrub

Made with fresh ginger root and apple cider vinegar, this is a superb ginger syrup. When mixed with sparkling water, Ginger Shrub makes a snappy ginger "beer", it can also be added to iced tea, or try it with dark rum for a piquant Dark & Stormy cocktail (recipe on the label). Ginger Shrub is the secret ingredient in a Ginger Margarita that has won Mid-Atlantic cocktail competitions. It is also the primary ingredient in our original recipe for Ginger Vinaigrette.
