Peach Shrub

Peach Shrub tastes just like biting into a ripe, ready peach. ​The peach's natural sweetness will quickly quench your thirst, but without the mess of the juice running over your hand and down the front or your shirt! The purest way to enjoy shrub is adding it to chilled seltzer. Also great as a mocktail, cocktail, or lemonade mixer, but equally delicious in marinades, over ice cream and in our recipe for a sweet vinaigrette. This is a seasonal item, available in the late spring/summer.
